About Professional Hub

Professional Hub is an independent browser-based project that helps job seekers inspect resume structure and compare truthful resume evidence with a selected job description. Its purpose is to make automated checks understandable, not to promise employment outcomes.

Why the project exists

Resume advice is often presented as a mysterious score. Professional Hub separates a general ATS-readability review from job-specific matching and shows the observations behind each result. A user can see which section, phrase, or document measurement affected the score and can decide whether a proposed improvement is accurate.

How it works

The application is built with Blazor WebAssembly and is hosted as static content on GitHub Pages. PDF and DOCX parsing, scoring, and document generation run in the browser. Optional job-search and URL-import features communicate with external providers selected or configured by the user.

What the project does not claim

Professional Hub is not an applicant tracking system, recruiter, employer, employment agency, or representative of any job board. It is not endorsed by Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job providers. Scores are estimates produced by this application's rules and cannot guarantee parsing, ranking, interviews, or employment.

Responsible resume tailoring

A resume should only contain facts the applicant can support. The tool must not be used to invent education, employment, dates, responsibilities, technologies, achievements, or measurements. Suggestions should be reviewed before a generated document is submitted.

Open development

The source and issue tracker are available in the Professional Hub GitHub repository. Technical problems and content corrections can be reported there.
