All ATS score estimates, job-match percentages, and document feedback provided by Professional Hub are for educational and informational purposes only. Scores are generated using heuristic algorithms and do not represent internal criteria from specific recruiters or third-party Applicant Tracking Systems. Professional Hub does not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, or employment offers.

2. Accuracy of User Information & Review Mandate

You remain solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legal compliance of your resume contents. Professional Hub assists with formatting and phrase alignment; you must carefully review all generated documents before submitting them to employers. Never include false credentials, unearned degrees, or fabricated employment history.

3. Third-Party Job Postings and Links

External job listings, descriptions, and import links made available on the Platform are sourced from third-party sites. Professional Hub does not control, endorse, or verify third-party listings. Always verify position details, working conditions, and company legitimacy on the employer's official website.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Professional Hub, you agree not to:

• Use the site to misrepresent identity, commit fraud, or create deceptive documents.
• Submit malicious code, reverse-engineer browser scripts, or attempt unauthorized access to external providers.
• Scrape or distribute site content or materials without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Professional Hub operates as a client-side tool provided "as-is" and "as available." We accept no liability for damages, missed job opportunities, or system errors resulting from platform usage, browser incompatibility, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Service Changes and Contact
